When one edit is made to the source, your documentation is updated across the entire enterprise, internally and externally. Your sales team can’t say “I didn’t know,” your customers won’t say “This information is outdated” and your customer service will spend more quality time addressing bigger issues.
What tool did you use to output these different formats? I have been taking a look at Webworks ePublisher, but am curious what you used.
